Currently, OnlinePDFPro operates as a free, community-oriented project. We do not have a massive corporate support team working in shifts. When you reach out to us, your message is read directly by the developers and designers who build and maintain the tools you use.
Because of this, we kindly ask for your patience. While we strive to read every single piece of feedback, we may not be able to provide a personalized response to every inquiry immediately. We prioritize bug reports and security-related communications to ensure the platform remains stable and safe for everyone.
Reporting Technical Bugs
If you encounter a tool that isn't working as expected, providing us with detailed context helps us fix the issue significantly faster. When emailing a bug report, please try to include the following operational details:
- The Specific Tool Used: e.g., PDF Compressor vs. Image to PDF.
- Your Environment: Which web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and Operating System (Windows 11, macOS, iOS) you were using at the time of the error.
- The Nature of the File: The approximate file size, number of pages, and whether it contained complex elements like interactive forms or 3D graphics. Please do not send us confidential files.
- The Error Message: If the application displayed a specific error code or red toast notification, please quote it exactly.
